INSTRUCTION & DIRECTIONS




In a medium saucepan, Heat the water and sugar in a saucepan until dissolved.
Bring to a boil, simmer 2 minutes and leave to cool.


Add the lemon juice and lemon zest to the sugar syrup. Chill the mixture.
